The Personal CD Version is available within moments of your purchase to provide a permanent hard copy from your CD burner or floppy disk drive. The Personal CD provides for an individual's unlimited use, at home, at work, and on the laptop!

The Personal CD Version allows you to unlock QuikScripts on your personal computers. To install on any computer simply load your CD Version copy and provide your registration information matching that which you gave at the time of purchase, including a valid credit card number. For each new or replacement computer you setup with a permanent license a tiny transaction fee of 20 cents will be charged to ensure a valid credit card is used. Thus no one can abuse your card or personal property. Personal Computers licensed through the CD Version may not be Unregistered.

License Agreement Addenda for Personal CD Owners

By using the Personal CD unlock system from Metadigm you agree to use the enabled program licenses for your own personal use and understand that use for resale, business purposes or other individuals is prohibited. Although we expect CD Users to install QuikScripts on any computer they own, years of experience has taught us that the average user between new pc purchases and repairs or hard disk replacements has a maximum need for about 10 copies over three years and a maximum of 5 copies in the first year. Substantial use beyond this amount is subject to review by Metadigm. The latter understanding and agreement is a supplement to the main license agreement and does not substitute or replace that agreement.

The Business CD is a practical, worry-free solution for the office. Designed for up to ten users, QuikScriptsT can be set up on PCs using the CD, a floppy, or over the internet. Options for larger businesses are available, please contact us for more information. By using the Business CD unlock system from Metadigm you agree to use the enabled program licenses for one business entity's use and understand that use for resale, or separate business entity's purposes or other individuals is prohibited. Although we expect CD Users to install QuikScripts on any computer used, owned or leased by the business or its associates, years of experience has taught us that the average business user between new pc purchases and repairs or hard disk replacements has a maximum need for about 4 copies per seat or one per seat per year (40 total in the standard business 10 seat CD). Substantial use beyond the amount purchased (4x [user count]) or more then 20 installs in the first year is subject to review by Metadigm. The latter understanding and agreement is a supplement to the main license agreement and does not substitute or replace that agreement.
